Thorgan Hazard Told To Return Zulte Waregem Captain's Armband
Written By Unknown on Sunday, 4 August 2013 | 22:14
Eden Hazard's younger brother, Thorgan, has been stripped of the club's captaincy after being appointed to the position just 24 hours ago. The appointment of the Chelsea loanee to Belgian club Sportvereniging Zulte Warengem's captaincy yesterday raised a few eyebrows. The club's fans were unhappy with the development because he is not a full player of the club. Chelsea still pays his wages and at the end of the season he will pack his bags and return to Stamford Bridge. The club's management has seemingly bowed to pressure from the fans and they've handed the armband back to 32-year-old Davy de Fauw who was club captain for the 2012-13 season.

Sergio Ramos and Mourinho Spit Fire Ahead of A Possible Real Madrid vs Chelsea Clash
It's possible that Jose Mourinho will get to face his former employers, Real Madrid, a little bit too soon on Wednesday in the Guinness International Champions Cup. Real Madrid are already through to the final of the competition billed to take place in Miami, Florida. They came out tops in their encounter with Everton, winning 2-1. Cristiano Ronaldo and Mesut Ozil both scored for los Merengues in the first half. Everton's Nikica Jelavic fired home past Diego Lopez in the second half, but it was not enough to earn them a comeback in the first soccer match to take place at the historic Dodger Stadium.

Guinness International Champions Cup: Chelsea vs AC Milan Preview
Written By Unknown on Saturday, 3 August 2013 | 23:20
Chelsea will move their 2013 Guinness International Champions Cup campaign to New Jersey where they will lock horns with Valencia's conquerors, AC Milan, at the MetLife Stadium. The match scheduled to kick off by 6:30pm Eastern Time (11:30pm UTC + 1) will be the first time Chelsea will be playing the 7-time champions of Europe, AC Milan, since July, 2012 when they secured a 1-0 victory over us in a preseason fixture. Chelsea will have the opportunity to avenge that defeat and we are confident of doing so especially as we are on a perfect preseason run of 4 victories out of a possible four. The latest of those victories came on Thursday in a 2-0 victory over Inter Milan. Tomorrow, Chelsea will again be faced with a Milanese opposition as they battle it out with Inter's archrivals, AC Milan.

What Exactly is Happening at the Emirates Stadium?
With just days to the 2013-14 English Premier League, it is certainly not a good time to be identified as a Gooner. Arsenal fans around the world are closely monitoring the summer transfer window, perhaps much more than anyone else. They scurry from one soccer website to another in a vain search for the latest transfer news news about the club. But instead of hearing cheering news about the latest high-profile player in Arsene Wenger's summer shopping list, all they hear of is the protracted Luis Suarez transfer debacle.
